A judge has set a January 4th start date for a preliminary hearing in the case of Conrad Murray - the doctor charged with the death of Michael Jackson.
He's already pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter - but the case can't come soon enough for the fans of the late King of Pop.
They've gathered outside the Los Angeles courthouse with signs that read "Justice for the Jackson family".
