A judge has set a January 4th start date for a preliminary hearing in the case of Conrad Murray - the doctor charged with the death of Michael Jackson.
He's already pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter - but the case can't come soon enough for the fans of the late King of Pop.
They've gathered outside the Los Angeles courthouse with signs that read "Justice for the Jackson family".

Dr Conrad Murray - To Face Man-slaughter Charges
It has been reported that the Los Angeles County coroner’s office determined that Michael Jackson died from “acute propofol intoxication” combined with sedatives and labeled his death a homicide. Michael Jackson’s personal physician Dr Conrad Murray prescribed these medications to him.
