Dr Conrad Murray - To Face Man-slaughter Charges

It has been reported that the Los Angeles County coroner’s office determined that Michael Jackson died from “acute propofol intoxication” combined with sedatives and labeled his death a homicide. Michael Jackson’s personal physician Dr Conrad Murray prescribed these medications to him. Prosecutors plan to charge Jackson's doctor with manslaughter rather than take the case to a grand jury, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press Tuesday.

Dr. Murray has consistently denied any wrong doing. I am surmising that Dr. Murray does not think its wrong to administer a powerful anesthetic drug like propofol in a persons home opposed to a medical facility that has a trained medical staff to handle an emergency if the need arises.
